Cypress View Villas is an income-restricted apartment community that offers affordable homes to Weatherford residents. Located off the 20 freeway, these one to four-bedroom units come furnished or unfurnished. Each apartment has wall-to-wall carpeting, ceiling fans, walk-in closets and a spacious patio or balcony. Handicapped units are also available.
These low-cost apartments have an open-style kitchen design with ceramic tile, self-cleaning oven, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The refrigerator comes equipped with an ice maker, and there is also a garbage disposal. Each unit includes air conditioning, a gas fireplace and tiled entry ways. High-speed internet, storage spaces and detached garages for an extra monthly fee are also available. Covered parking, however, is free.
Additional perks include a playground for the kids, fitness center, basketball court, business center and an extra-large clubhouse with comfortable furniture, game tables and kitchen facilities. An on-site laundry room is available for convenience. The giant swimming pool and sun deck would make a great place to relax and visit with neighbors.
A pet-friendly community, Cypress View Villas allow up to two small pets with a pet deposit and small monthly pet rent. However, aggressive breeds are not allowed and shots must be up to date.
