Covington Pointe is an apartment community in Dallas, Texas. The community is in a tranquil environment and has an excellent location. Nearby shopping opportunities include Barnes and Noble, Wal-Mart and Galleria. Houston's restaurant, a local landmark, is also close by. There is easy access from the community to Interstate 635 and Highway 35. The community is near public transportation. Management is easy to work with and even provides free coffee at their office.
Management offers three different floor plans to choose from, and apartments have nine-foot ceilings and wood-style floors. There is air-conditioning, and units have either a balcony or a patio with a space for extra storage. Apartments are Internet and cable ready. Closets are spacious, and kitchens are large.
This is a pet-friendly community. Because management takes security seriously, there is a gated entrance with controlled access. Residents can enjoy any one of the three community swimming pools or relax in the hot tub, and there is a barbecue area where people can grill and socialize. There is an on-site laundry facility for resident convenience. Reserved covered parking is available.
