Country Wood Apartments offer several floor plans for residents to choose from ranging in size from a one- to three-bedroom home. Many of the floor plans come with dens, and some units have a loft. The complex offers four pools, a clubhouse, barbecue facilities, three laundry rooms, a movie rental service, and a playground for the kids. Some of the apartments have a view of the courtyard.
Residents have access to several traditional amenities, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, and each unit has its own private balcony or patio. There are ceiling fans in each unit to help disperse air, and the complex features wall-to-wall carpeting. Mini blinds help protect residents privacy while adding additional protection from sun damage.
The complex allows residents to keep two pets, but there is a pet deposit and a non-refundable pet fee required. Check with the complex for any breed restrictions.
Country Wood Apartments are located in a low crime area for both personal and property crime. The bus line is located less than half a mile away. Nearby parks in the area include Nottingham Park, Don Coleman Community Coliseum, and Darrel Tully Stadium. West Houston Community Center is within walking distance of the complex.
