Country Lane Senior Community is located in McKinney, Texas. It is near Allen and Fairview. This community is ideal for residents desiring fun activities without the burden of home maintenance. The community features a host of activities for every person's interest. Country Lane Senior Community is a non-smoking community that is handicapped accessible. Multiple activity rooms are available for residents to enjoy. This three-story community features 230 units and several floor plans. One and two bedroom apartments are available for residents. Income restrictions apply; section 8 is welcomed. Lease agreements are available in 12 month terms.
Residents are allowed a maximum of two pets. Cats and dogs are welcome with breed and weight restrictions. A pet deposit is required for animals. Apartment amenities are wide ranging. They include – elevators, large kitchens, walk-in showers, grab bars, washer/dryer hookups, dishwashers, disposals and ceiling fans.
