Costa Vizcaya is an income-restricted apartment community that offers residents a luxurious living environment for an affordable price. Located off highway 249 in the northwest portion of Houston, this vibrant community is close to the local mall and bus stops.
Apartments come in a variety of sizes ranging from one to four bedrooms, and their contemporary design is roomy and inviting. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with frost-free refrigerator, microwave, pantry and a small island for quick dining. There are over-sized walk-in closets and extra storage available outside for holiday or seasonal items. A private balcony or patio give residents the ability to grab a few quiet moments outdoors. These apartments are also cable and high-speed internet ready.
For the kids, Costa Vizcaya offers a large play area and activity center. For adults, there is a clubhouse and computer center that includes internet access.
