Costa Maya

At the Costa Maya apartments, residents will have access to an assortment of different stores and restaurants. Located in the southwestern region of Houston, Texas, the complex is near a Mama Yu, McDonald's, Subway, Crawfish House and Seafood as well as the Parisian Bakery II & Café. There's also a Walgreens west of the complex and a Dollar General across the street. Residents will also be able to easily hop on Sam Houston Parkway when they want to head to Downtown Houston, and there's also public transportation that runs along Beechnut Street.

There are six different layouts for residents to choose from at the Costa Maya apartments. In the B model, residents will have one bedroom, one bathroom and a fireplace. This one-bedroom unit is 813 square feet, so it has plenty of space. There is also a two- and three-bedroom unit, and these range between 864 and 1,152 square feet.

These pet-friendly apartments also have great amenities like a patio or balcony, dishwasher and walk-in closets. There's a playground on the property as well for the children, and there's also schools nearby like Landis Elementary, Youngblood Middle and Klentzman Elementary.
