Heritage at 9th Avenue offers affordable apartments in a good area filled with convenient shopping, banks, restaurants, and recreation areas. The units are just minutes away from Kemah and Galveston. Amenities are plentiful, and many of the units include washer and dryer connections, enclosed balconies and storage rooms. Additionally, when you choose to make Heritage your home, you'll enjoy spacious walk-in closets, all-electric kitchens, and a sparkling, clean pool.
The units at Heritage at 9th Avenue come in four distinct floor plans. There are both one- and two-bedroom units. Most of the units come with a fireplace, and the bedrooms are large and allow for plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. The kitchens offer sliding doors that connect directly to the patio, and the complex is ideally situated to provide you with a comfortable and quiet living area.
The on-site management offers emergency maintenance services, and you can even pay your rent online. Cats and dogs are allowed with a security deposit, and there is a two pet maximum per apartment.
