No luxury was spared in design and development of the Mansions. Imported Italian marble flooring graces apartment home entryways while fireplaces, marble jetted Roman tubs and glass enclosed showers set a mood and provide relaxation in high style. Each home entry is on the first floor with individual staircases and attached garages for the ultimate in privacy. Even appliances are top of the line, ensuring kitchens are of gourmet standards.
The Mansions' 13,000 square foot clubhouse is more of a spa than a typical apartment community center, providing private tanning, massage therapy and a coffee bar. Spa membership is included with each home rental.
Floor plans are available starting at 600 square feet for a one bedroom, one bathroom unit. Sizing extends to four bedrooms and three bathrooms with attached garage at 1910 square feet of living space. Up to two pets per unit are allowed. Associated pet fees and deposits apply, as well as weight and breed restrictions.
