Located on the west side of Houston, Texas, Coral Islands Apartments offers one and two bedroom units for residents who enjoy the amenities of being near everything. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, but residents enjoy the fact that the West Oaks Mall, just fifteen minutes away, offers everything in one place. Commuting to downtown Houston is also easy and will take less than a half hour.
Apartments in the Coral Islands complex are stylish and modern. Large windows provide natural light and many apartments look out over the courtyard and pool. With up-to-date appliances in the kitchens, a pantry, and extra storage space available, residents get a comfortable place to live. The patio or balcony that comes with each apartment provides semi-private, personal, outdoor space.
The complex does have two swimming pools and also a tennis court surrounded by a well-maintained landscape. A large playground is also located on the grounds of the complex. This gated community does require residents to possess an income of three times the rent or more. It is pet-friendly, as both cats and dogs that meet breed and weight restrictions are allowed the premises. Residents must also pay the non-refundable pet fee upon approval.
