The moment prospective residents walk into the luxurious lobby at Cooper Denton, they know that they have arrived at a truly special apartment community. Even a brief tour of the beautifully landscaped grounds and courtyard reinforces that belief. The final confirmation, however, comes when they step inside one of the apartments, whether they are looking for a one-, two- or three-bedroom unit. The attention to detail that has been given to the decorating of the apartment homes is outstanding.
Although amenities vary by unit, residents can expect tastefully appointed, spacious kitchens with modern appliances and numerous cabinets. Most units have a pass-through bar in the kitchen, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, kitchen pantries and fireplaces. A balcony or patio allows residents to enjoy the outdoors in a private setting.
One-bedroom apartments have either 683 or 693 square feet, depending on floor plan. The two-bedroom units have two full baths and range in size from 928 to 989 square feet. The three-bedroom, two-bath apartment has 1,164 square feet.
The community amenities are numerous. There is a business center, clubhouse, sparkling pool and on-site laundry. Extra storage and covered parking are available with most units. Pets are permitted, but they must meet certain requirements.
Cooper Denton is located south of Loop 288, north of Highway 380 and east of Highway 77. The proximity to these major thoroughfares makes it easy for residents to commute to any location in Denton as well as Fort Worth or Dallas.
