The Colony of San Marcos offers beautifully comfortable housing close to Texas State University, making it an ideal location for off-campus housing. This Tudor-styled property is within a mile of the university, making it an easy commute back and forth by foot or by bike while providing additional amenities providing students with everything they need. There is free internet, on-site laundry, free covered parking, and it is on the TSU bus route. Residents have their choice of one or two-bedroom units, each with a full kitchen and dining space.
