The Mesa Ridge apartment community is conveniently situated near some of San Antonio's major employers, including the Vulcan Materials Company, USAA, the University of Texas at San Antonio, Six Flags Fiesta Texas and the University of Texas Health Science Center. The location offers easy access to Interstate 10, Loop 410 and Wurzbach Road. Rancho Diana Park and the Government Canyon State Natural Area are just a short drive away, providing recreational opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts. The area offers excellent dining and shopping options.

Community amenities at Mesa Ridge include a sparkling swimming pool, Jacuzzi/hot tub, 24-hour laundry facilities, a coffee bar and 24-hour emergency maintenance services. Management plans a variety of activities, many of which are held at the community's clubhouse, and offers an online payment portal for the convenience of residents. The community is pet-friendly, but certain restrictions apply.

Apartment designs include one-bedroom apartments with one bath as well as two-bedroom, one-bath plans and two-bedroom, two-bath plans. The two-bedroom apartments and some of the one-bedroom apartments have fireplaces. Although amenities can vary, most units feature dishwashers, garbage disposals, walk-in closets, programmable digital thermostats and a private patio, deck or balcony. Many apartments have washer and dryer connections, upgraded flooring, ceiling fans in each bedroom and upgraded appliances.
