Estrella Apartments in North Dallas offer the convenience of an in-town location, while maintaining a laid-back living space where residents can relax. One and two bedroom townhouse style apartments are available, with plenty of room and style variation in each floor plan to accommodate resident needs. Unit amenities include an individual air condition/heating system, ceiling fans, walk-in closets, a fully furnished kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwaves,and gas supply. Additionally, each townhouse is equipped with a balcony style patio, high-speed internet, and has the potential for cable hook-ups. Fireplaces are optional, and are unit dependent.

The community is equipped with two laundry rooms available for resident use 24 hours per day. A property manager is on site at all times, as well, to assist with any immediate needs or emergencies. For recreation, the community has access to a pool, and to fenced yard-type outdoor space.

Estrella is a pet-friendly community. Dogs, cats, and other small animals are allowed in residences with a pet deposit fee. The yard space on-site provides pet owners an area to walk their dogs, though larger parks and recreational areas are within short walking distance.

School bus pick-up/drop-off areas are on site, as is a stop for the DART bus. The community is conveniently located near Love field Airport and Bachman lake, as well as I-35 and I-365.
