Center Place I & II

Center Place is a quiet, peaceful complex in south Arlington. The complex offers three floorplans for 1- and 2-bedroom units. Residents who can't use stairs or who prefer to be at ground-level can choose typical apartment-building units or single-story houses, while others can literally get off the ground and live in second-story units.

Each unit has been updated to include the latest amenities. Walk-in closets and separate pantries let you keep all your belongings organized. The complex also offers additional storage so you can store seasonal items without cluttering up your home. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and dual-pane windows keep you comfortable during those Texas heatwaves. Each apartment has an alarm, too.

And don't forget the large pool and barbecue area. Meet up with friends for lunch and a swim, and then go out for the evening -- the complex is near I-20, letting residents easily access the rest of the Metroplex.

Pets are allowed -- up to two cats and/or dogs -- with the understanding that the animals will be well-behaved. Enjoy walking your dog through neat, green landscaping, or let your cat bask in the sunlight that streams into the apartment.
