The Briarwood community offers its residents cozy, conveniently-located apartments and townhomes that feature nine open floor plans ranging in size between 565 and 1,800 square feet. Each design includes up to three bedrooms and three baths, a kitchen with appliances, a dining area, a living room, bay windows, hardwood and carpeted flooring, ceiling fans, bookshelves, walk-in closets, a wood-burning fireplace, extra storage and a private patio or balcony with a pool view. Some units also feature stunning mirrored walls and furnishings. Residents are also provided with eight on-site laundry rooms.
The community permits up to two pets in each apartment/townhome and there are plenty of nearby parks to take a pet for a walk. Briarwood also has four pools where residents can play, hang out and get a tan and a clubhouse with Wi-Fi.
