Boerne Townhomes

Boerne Townhomes has a lot to offer for someone looking for a mix of small-town living and the conveniences of a larger city. There are five one and two-bedroom floor plans to choose from. One-bedroom apartments can come with or without a study and some two bedrooms have a second-floor loft. All units come with a private balcony and a place to hook up washers and dryers. Some select units already come pre-furbished with a washer and dryer already installed. Two small pets are welcome with a deposit. The complex community has a pool and gazebo area along with a barbecue pit. Assigned covered parking is included.

Boerne Townhomes is located in the middle of suburban Boerne Township just north of San Antonio. There are several things to do within walking distance or a short drive from the complex. Boerne High School is only a short walk away, for example. Other places nearby include several restaurants, such as Bear Moon Bakery and Café and Cypress Grille. Heff and City Parks are two large parks located just south of the area. The Cibolo Nature Center, where one can learn about nature and farming, is located just to the south of City Park. San Antonio is only a 40-minute drive away.
