About Blue Bell Village

Blue Bell Village is a rental community in Houston, Texas. It leases a number of different types of residences including houses, patio homes, duplexes, town homes and apartments. It is in a semi-rural setting and combines the best of country living with convenient access to the many amenities of metropolitan Houston.

Emergency maintenance is available at all hours. The maintenance team lives on the premises, so they can be there extremely quickly. Pets are fine, but a damage deposit must be paid to have them. The location is close to the metro bus line, and downtown Houston is within easy driving distance.

Outside amenities at Blue Bell Village include a park with a pool. The pool has a lifeguard when it is open. Front yard landscaping is provided, and there are backyard fences for privacy. There are also private patios.

Inside amenities include fire places, ceiling fans and washer and dryer hookups for both gas and electric appliances.
