With a location on the lower west side of Dallas, Texas, Biscayne Apartments is the perfect location for residents who have an income of twice the amount of rent or more. Less than fifteen minutes from Dallas' downtown area, residents will find the commute to work very easy and, should they work in Fort Worth, it is just over a half hour away from the complex. With many great shops and restaurants within the area, residents find it is a convenient place to call home.
The apartments at Biscayne one and two bedroom units and each one have one bathroom. The rooms are spacious and kitchens are modern and come with dishwashers. Windows are equipped with mini-blinds. The flooring in the apartments will vary from a laminated wood to carpet.
Biscayne Apartments is a well-maintained complex that offers a laundry room for its residents. The complex does accept Section 8. While the community is pet-friendly, only cats are allowed at the premises, as long as the resident pays the required pet deposit fee. With a total of fifty-eight units in the complex, it is considered a smaller complex and there is an ample amount of parking available to the residents who live here.
