Bent Oaks has undergone extensive renovations, both to the exterior of the community and to the apartments themselves. This convenient, quiet location offers residents all the amenities they could ask for. There are a number of floor plans to choose from all of which come with a fireplace and some of which come with a den as well. Choose from one and two bedroom apartments that go up to 1,247 square feet. Features include black appliances, faux granite countertops, oak cabinet fronts, brushed nickel hardware, a dog park, plank flooring in the kitchen, and energy-saving features. Additional amenities include access gates, ceiling fans, golf course views, a 24-hour fitness room, extra storage, water volleyball, patios and balconies, walk-in closets, private alarms, high-speed Internet, vaulted ceilings, one pool, barbecues and basketball. Note that gross income must be three times that of rent. People with outstanding balances or felonies will not be considered. The local school district is Dallas, including George Bush Elementary, Walker Middle, Marsh Middle and W.T. White High. This is a pet-friendly community, but breed and weight restrictions apply. Two pets are allowed per apartment. Short-term leases are available starting at two months and going up to 12 months.
