Bateswood Manor offers several floor plans with one- to three-bedroom options. Floor plans range in size from 800 to 1,461 square feet. Some of the apartments include a den, and one of the three-bedroom floor plans include a yard. The complex offers a full set of community features, including a clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, four pools, five laundry rooms, and a playground. It's also possible to get movie rentals from the front office.
The apartment complex features several amenities, including ceiling fans, wall-to-wall carpeting, and mini blinds to help protect the privacy of residents. A patio or balcony is available with each unit. To make preparing meals easier, there are self-clean ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers available within the unit. Residents also enjoy extra storage space, walk-in closets, and well-organized floor plans.
Cats and dogs are allowed in each unit, but there is a two pet maximum. The complex also charges a non-refundable pet fee and a pet deposit.
The complex apartment is located in the Energy Corridor neighborhood within the Houston area. Nottingham Park, Don Coleman Community Coliseum, and Darrell Tully Stadium offer recreational options for residents. West Houston Community Center is also available just down the street from the complex.
