Baker Square

Baker Square Apartments is a small and quiet complex less than 10 miles from central Dallas. They have convenient 24-hour emergency Maintenance and are pet friendly.
There are 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, with 2 floor plans for each style. Apartments contain both carpeting and hardwood-style flooring and all have wood-burning fireplaces. There are vertical blinds in the living room area; solar screens and ceiling fans increase energy efficiency. Mini-blinds help shade the dining area just off the kitchen. Apartments have a storage area on the balcony or patio and there is extra storage in the entry-area closet.
The galley-style kitchens all have frost-free refrigerators, dishwashers and disposals. The granite-look counter is raised to use as a breakfast bar or work area. In all models, the washer and dryer hookups can be closed off from the rest of the apartment. The washer and dryer hookups are near the kitchen or conveniently close to the bedroom(s).
The grounds offer neat, colorful landscaping, grassy open spaces and BBQ grills to enhance the outdoor lifestyle. There is a fenced-off swimming pool surrounded by furniture and benches shaded by landscaped pergolas.
