Avenue Casitas is located in the northeast corner of Houston, and it has a number of two bedroom townhomes that are available for rent. The complex has undergone a recent renovation that has given it a fresh and clean feel from top to bottom. The classic looking brick buildings have beautiful landscaping around the complex. On the interior, the living rooms and bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting that is easy to keep clean. The kitchens at the complex have self cleaning ovens and frost free refrigerators.
Residents will enjoy courtyard views from their dwelling at Avenue Casitas. There is also an on-site laundry facility for the convenience of all those in the community. The apartment complex is located off of Jensen Drive and Turner Street. In the general area, there is a Burger King, an Indios Taqueria and Seafood, and a Sultan's Grocery Store. There is also public transit options available right off of Jensen Drive.
Those who are interested in a pet in the unit will be happy to learn that Avenue Casitas allows pets with certain restrictions. Pets must weigh less than seven pounds, and there is a non-refundable pet fee due at time of lease signing.
