In Northwestern Garland, TX, those looking for a new apartment can rent one at the Arts at Broadway Commons I apartments. The complex is located right off the U.S. 67 freeway, and it's also near beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard. Southwest of the apartments is Ablon Park, and the Mesquite Golf Club is to the east, so there's plenty to do in the surrounding area. As far as options go, future residents will have their choice of a one- or two-bedroom apartment.
The one-bedroom apartments have two different layouts. One of them is 537 square feet, and the larger one is 726 square feet and comes with a fireplace as well. Both of the two-bedroom units have a fireplace, but the larger unit is a townhome with three bathrooms, and it is over 1,000 square feet. Each of the apartments comes standard with ceiling fans, a frost-free refrigerator and walk-in closets.
