Arch at Denton

This four-story student housing complex promises to make life eventful with pool parties, beach volleyball, fire pit, taco nights and other fun activities.

These two and three-bedroom apartments come with full kitchens, including a self-cleaning oven, ice maker and frost-free refrigerator for convenience. There are walk-in closets, lockable bedroom doors, private bathrooms and mini blinds.

Apartments also come with modern furniture as well as a washer and dryer. Students will be grateful for the premium cable package and high-speed internet. Plus, water and trash are paid by management and each apartment comes with an electric allowance. Students are only responsible for extra electricity costs.

Community fun includes a full sized coffee bar, Harvard-style library, billiards, indoor hockey and Business Center. Along with the swimming pool, there are also barbecue grills, so students can grab a quick burger after a swim. A full-sized basketball court, game station, indoor tanning facilities and 24-hour fitness center are also part of the package. Pets require a non-refundable deposit and monthly pet rent.
