Arbors of Boerne

Nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, Boerne is located approximately 30 miles northwest of San Antonio's downtown district. Proximity to the rapidly growing San Antonio has contributed to the growth of Boerne, which has doubled in population since the year 2000. Despite the growth, however, Boerne has retained its small-town charm and identity. The town is home to the Cibolo Nature Center, Cascade Caverns and one of the area's nicest apartment communities, Arbors of Boerne.

One- and two-bedroom apartment homes are available in a variety of floor plans. One-bedroom, one-bath apartments are between 716 and 864 square feet. The two-bedroom, two-bath plans have 962 to 1,033 square feet. All of the units are flats except one of the two-bedroom apartments, which features a loft that contains the second bedroom and bathroom. Every apartment includes fireplaces, a private patio or balcony, kitchen pantries and washer/dryer connections. Some apartments have stackable washers and dryers included as part of the appliance package.

Every apartment at Arbors of Boerne receives assigned covered parking for greater convenience. The pool area features a spacious tanning deck, gazebo and barbecue grill. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained. Pets are accepted although restrictions apply.
