Located in San Antonio, Texas, Annex Apartments offers efficiency, one, and two bedroom units for people who enjoy being close by to all of the great attractions in the city. The Bob Hope Theatre is less than two miles away from the complex and many great restaurants are nearby as well. Residents will also enjoy the various shops around the neighborhood and, with public transportation nearby, getting around is quite easy.
Residents who live at Annex Apartments enjoy the fact that the complex is well-maintained. The apartments are modern and are updated. Appliances in each kitchen are up-to-date, as well, and include frost free refrigerators and dishwashers. Rooms are spacious and have high-ceilings, and residents find the patio or balcony to be a pleasant surprise.
Residents of the complex will also find the grounds are well-kept and there is a pool and playground on-site. With a basketball court and laundry room on the premises, there is not really much more one can expect from a rental. However, residents who have an income that is equal or above three times the rent, can enjoy all of these amenities, including the luxury of being allowed to have two pets. Cats and dogs are allowed, but residents must obey the rules regarding the breed and size.
