Tree Top Apartments are centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas, near President George Bush Turnpike and I-28. The Lyndon Baines Johnson Park is nearby. Shopping, restaurants, banks and pharmacies are all less than one mile away. A vehicle or public transportation will be necessary to go most places. There are also movie theaters and The Grand Prairie Premium Outlets shopping mall in the area.

The community is made up of 128 apartment units in the Grand Prairie school district. The grounds have a swimming pool, remodeled laundry centers, and a playground. They are pet-friendly, allowing two pets per unit. Some breed restrictions apply.

There are 4 floor plans. The Aspen is a 1 bed/1 bath, 78- square feet unit; the Birch is a 2 bed/1 bath, 1,086 square feet unit; the Hickory is a 2 bed/2 bath unit, 1,121 square feet unit; and the Cedar is a 3 bed/2 bath, 1,251 square feet unit.

Each kitchen has an abundance of cabinets, plenty of counter space, and a breakfast eating bar, as well as a frost-free refrigerator, disposal, dishwasher, and a pantry. The rest of the living area was wall-to-wall carpeting, window blinds, and ceiling fans. Some units have built-in bookcases. All units have patios or balconies.
