Timberlinks of Denton, located in Denton, TX, is surrounded by its own nine-hole golf course. The location provides easy access to Interstate 35 and Highway 380 as well as the Dallas Area Regional Transportation light rail system. The community is located near Denton Regional Medical Center, North Texas University and Texas Women's University.
In addition to the golf course, the Timberlinks of Denton community offers residents an onsite club house, coffee bar, fitness center, swimming pool and tennis court. Wi-fi is available throughout the complex. Parks, including a dog park, are nearby. The community does allow a maximum of two pets per apartment, subject to breed restrictions, and dogs must be on a leash at all times in public areas of the community. Gated access is provided for resident security, and walking and biking trails are located less than one mile away.
The one and two-bedroom apartments all contain black appliances, faux hardwood floors and upgraded satin fixtures. Units range in size from 544 square feet to 1,093 square feet and include balconies or patios. All of the units feature walk-in closets and full-size washers and dryers, and newly renovated units have granite counter tops and new appliances and cabinets.
