The center courtyard hosts a remarkable pool area and spa, along with a clubhouse and laundry facilities. Floor plans range from 1 to 3-bedrooms with each unit containing air conditioning, a washer and dryer, French doors and lovely patios. In select unit, a fireplace is available.
Cats and dogs are welcome with a deposit and nonrefundable pet fee. Two pets per unit is the maximum and breed restrictions apply. A bark park is one of the planned upcoming features of Range with an estimated arrival in January 2015 to keep the pet population active and healthy. 24-hour maintenance is standard here and requests and the ability to pay rent is available online.
