Fireside Luxury Homes is a quiet townhome community that provides five open floor plans with between 905 and 1,494 square feet of space. Each residence features one to three bedrooms, one to two and a half baths, wood floors, a fireplace, extra storage space, central air conditioning, a microwave, a pantry, a self-cleaning oven, a dishwasher, spacious walk-in closets, full-size washer and dryer connections, ceiling fans, a patio or balcony, a park view, a garden soaking tub, an attached one or two car garage and a yard. Some units also offer vaulted ceilings, double vanity sinks, a den/study and a pre-wired desk.

Safety, security and privacy measures at Fireside Luxury Homes include pre-wired alarms built into every unit, fenced backyards with certain floor plans and limited community access via gates and remote entry. Additionally, Fireside offers a private business center and a gated community park.
