There are 272 homes that comprise the Cypress Club. The homes have either one or two bedrooms. Residents have four swimming pools to choose from if they want to swim or a picnic area to enjoy a meal outdoors. A dog park is also on the premises. Each unit features washer and dryer connections, and there is a laundry room available as well. Some units have a fireplace while all kitchens have black appliances that have recently been updated. Wood flooring is throughout each apartment. Many of the lighting and plumbing fixtures have been updated to offer energy efficiency for residents. A playground is on the property as well as a fitness center and clubhouse.
