Marley

Marley is an affordable apartment community located in west Arlington. The location is only 20 minutes away from the city of Fort Worth, and it is just off of the Tom Landry Freeway. Several stores, restaurants, parks, Starbucks, and Pope Elementary School are all within walking distance, and there is a grocery store and a pub just across the street from Bowen Square.

The community has 64 units with one and two bedroom floor plans, which all have air conditioning and heating. The apartments feature airy vaulted ceilings, wall to wall carpeting, mini blinds, and ceiling fans. Residents can enjoy the outdoors from the apartment balconies, and there is parking space within the community lot. The kitchens are equipped with disposals, frost free refrigerators, useful pantries, and microwaves.
